Josef Noll
Josef Noll is Chief Technologist in Movation, professor at the University of Oslo in the area of Mobile Services, as well as co-founder and steering board member of the Center for Wireless Innovation Norway and Mobile Monday Norway. Previously he was Group Leader of the Mobile Group in Telenor R&I in the Products and Markets group, coming from the European Space Agency (ESA ESTEC).

Robert Engels
Robert Engels is a technological advisor in Movation and owner of ESIS Norge AS and eFree Motorcycles AS. Robert is chairman of the board in the Special Interest Group for Semantic Technology at the Norwegian Computer Society and is driving force behind Norway’s first heavy and road-legal electric motorcycle. With a background in machine learning, computer science and business economics, he joined Movation in 2008.
